1. Minimum Order

• First Purchase: Minimum order value of €500.
• Subsequent Purchases: No minimum order value required.

2. Shipping and Logistics

Brazil in Gems Responsibilities:

• We handle all preparation, including packaging, documentation (invoices, certificates), and shipping quotes.
• We oversee the entire process until the shipment leaves our facilities.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Structure:

• 50% upfront: Due at the time of placing the order.
• Remaining 50%: Payable once the order is confirmed ready for shipment.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer: No additional fees.
• Credit Card: Subject to a 5% processing fee.

4. Delivery Time

• Handling Time: Up to 5 business days for orders exceeding 30kg.
• Documentation: Prepared within 2 business days.

Estimated Transit Time:

• Air Cargo (150kg+): Up to 2 business days to any major global city.
• FedEx:
  • North America and Europe: Up to 2 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Up to 5 business days.

Shipping Costs: Provided after the order is finalized.

5. Customer Obligations

• Ensure compliance with import regulations in the destination country.
• Provide accurate shipping details to prevent delays or additional reshipping fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders canceled after payment but prior to shipping are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
